Run and dont look back
Just a basic oil change please after a drilling sales pitch for 15 minutes and repeating myself several times. I finally got the oil change then another drilling pitch, then told the rear main seal on my truck was leaking and they could repair it for 900$, very well knowing that repair is covered by warranty at dealership . Again and again I said "no Thanks ". Finally got my truck back only to realize they picked up a bolt in my tire so then they repaired it with a plug !! Drove directly to the dealership and found the new oil filter they installed leaking and the rear main seal was ok and yes covered by factory warranty anyway . I really hope anyone will read this and be very aware of this establishments practices. This is very very wrong!!!

This "repair" shop will rip you off. Don't believe the "free estimate", they charge you for it. My car went in just fine, after they worked on it, I had to tow it, twice! They take short-cuts like gluing wrong parts onto the vehicle to make it "fit". They will charge you for services they haven't done (like an alignment). If you want your car back, you have to call them. And the prices are unreasonably high.
This business has an awful reputation in North Houston. The BBB ranks them as a solid F. They don't care. Just go there, get ripped off, never go back again. There are always more suckers.
Do yourself a favor, just check the BBB before you take your car anywhere.
