Its been 2 years did you ever tell Katie someone took the time to write in on her behalf.. I am a very frequent customer at your Titusville store, and me being an empolyee at a retail store..(Home Depot, Titusville, Fla.) I recognize that it is a good thing when someone writes in and gives compliments when they are due. I just want to say that your employee by the name of Katie is always busy. Of course I dont see her everytime I am there,, but when our paths do cross I would like to acknowlede to you that if she is not on a register she is either helping someone in an isle or she is tasking / packing out, or doing some sort of shelf maintence. From what I see she is an asset ie;
