The new office staff and providers are excellent!! I feel so much better now. The old Providers who left were horrible and I never will go see them again!

I've been going to Compass for two years. They always bill me extra after the copay for no clear reason. They are almost impossible to reach and they don't return phone calls (even when it's urgent). The receptionists are incredibly rude to customers. They almost always ask to reschedule. I'm always waiting over an hour for a 15 minute appointment. The one doctor they have there isn't very good and, even after waiting in the waiting room, I've always had to wait anoter 30-45 minutes to see her. It's obvious they don't have enough time for all their patients.
