My husband and I are newly weds. We called a technician out to hook up internet for our new house, our attic access is through the bathroom (the house was built in the 1920's) so you have to shut the bathroom door and access the attic. I had just got finished giving my kitten a bath so I had laid my wedding ring on the counter. The tech came in and my family was there helping my husband and I move in so we are all in the living room, the tech was in and out and when he left my husband went in to check the bathroom and noticed my wedding ring was missing. my mom, husband and myself searched frantically. we had no luck, the ring was gone. there was a dirty rag on the back of the toilet, the sink had been used and the toilet had dirt and dust in the water and the seat. I called customer service and they referred me to JD, I was basically called a liar and that one of my family members could have taken it, told to file a lawsuit and that they get these calls once a week. bad service!
