I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease in the 1980s and this affected my neck and spine causing arthritis, stillness, severe headaches, and pain. I was unable to move my neck and began seeing Dr. Chris. It took some time but eventually, I regained my range of motion in my neck and back. I am able to exercise and walk pain free. Everyone also needs to know that this is not a quick fix.
