Clean Machine Car Wash

The people are absolutely rude and unprofessional. I purchased the works and added services like tires and interior however the quality of service was terrible. Upon getting in my vehicle I saw the brake light was on, yet my manual break lever was down, the guy had pulled it up so high he broke the cable. I went to find him to ask what happened and asked the guy at the window where he was. He wanted to know what happened, so I told him. They started to yell at me stating they didn't touch it and started to blame me. I walked away in shock. Having been the CEO of several businesses and a small business owner, a retired military pilot and professor of business, I called the following day to talk to the owner and discuss the behavior of his employees and was once again treated with amazingly rude behavior. I was told by the guy he was the son and I would not be getting a call back was hung up on. I was also accompanied by a fellow MBA and he was in shock. So I recommend to everyone and will visit each site and write this story because business behavior such as this does not deserve anyone's money.\t\n\t\nI own a convertible XK8 Jaguar a very expensive automobile, I am still debating on a lawsuit when really an apology would have sufficed.

My car was absolutely filthy and it was spotless when I left. I like that they have people there to hand-dry after you make your way through the wash - and they're not using wet, dirty towels to do it.
Everyone there is friendly and helpful. But it's really not that hard - as long as you listen to what they tell you - it's probably the easiest carwash I've ever been to.
They also have the availability for professional detailing or, if you're a do-it-yourself-er, there are bays to wash and vacuum yourself.
Overall a great experience - my car is spotless, clean, shining like new and it was more than reasonably priced.

Got my Mustang detailed here before I sold it. Best detail I've ever had. The car looked so new that I added an extra $500 to the price of my used car and got it! I was so happy I went back to Clean Machine and gave the guy a $50 tip!

I frequent this place often for car washes and they do a great job so I was very happy to trust them with my detail and they didnt let me down!
