Many times over the years as a resident of bristol va I've had to ask the city to send a rep to my residence to view danages done to the property by city employees usung equipment not suited to a specific need ! Just this past week they came again to remove debri from the front yard where the curb meets the road. As usual the person doing the job dug a hole in the yard removing the debri and just drove off ! It seems to be a consistent practice removing debri from bristol yards ! WHY !!
