Charter Communications

Charter is NOT good & we will switch as soon as another company comes along to switch to! They FORCED everyone to get new boxes & be hooked up, we have no choice. Then, when we go to pick up our boxes because our televisions no longer work, there is an hour line!!! Every day, an hour line! Ridiculous, really. Some of my channels have been canceled. I mentioned it to the manager & she said they were just moved, but that is not true, I have channels that are just gone, like 303 was a crime true story channel, GONE! No where to be found. Now I have 100 Spanish channels, really? Ridiculous...!!!
