The bad, the next day after installation the sliding glass door screens would not roll and the screen was falling out of the frame. I called and complained and was told someone would be out. No one ever came. I continued to call and no one ever came. Then if a big wind came my window screens would fall out. Then the windows would not stay open when I would put them up. Then some of the windows would not open at all or you would have to use major lifting power to open them and a wood piect to keep them open. Then I noticed black swirls inbetween the two layers of glass. They said that was normal. Later they admitted it is a seal failure. I have complained and tried to get someone out here for almost 4 years and still have the same problems. They give me many different excuses everytime I call, if I can actually reach a person. I have to call with differnt numbers so that I will actually reach a live person.
