Cedar Cliff BP

I had my Mercury Sable in for a radiator flush and fill at BP and was very dissatisfied with the service. I was planning to do this project myself, but two weeks after having bought the supplies I found that I did not have the time to do it. When I called to make an appointment at BP, I asked if it would be OK to bring in the anti-freeze that I had already purchased. The service rep told me that this would be fine, but also made a point of saying that I would not be saving money by purchasing the anti-freeze elsewhere. When I came in for my appointment later that week, the person working the service counter said that I had bought the wrong anti-freeze and that it would not work with my vehicle. I had bought a premium anti-freeze which on the front in bold letters said, ALL MAKES, ALL MODELS of cars and light trucks, add to ANY color antifreeze. When I pointed this out to him he said that they would need to flush my system twice and charge extra to put this antifreeze...(Part 2)
