Castle Dental

I was very reluctant to go to the dentist due to a bad experience at a different dental office. Dr. Kirby and his assistance made me feel very calm and important. It made a big difference to me.

Wow, where should I start! I have been to Castle Dentist twice, I gave them the benefit of the doubt by keeping my second appointment. BUT, THE SECOND WAS JUST AS BAD AS THE FIRST. The staff can't do simple math and give the correct change back.Dr. KIRBYwas VERY standoffish(no bedside manner) and did'nt follow-up after the treatment was done. I had questions about my dental treatment but he just completed the procedure and WALKED OUT OF THE BUILDING. I will say that the quality of the work was good but the Professionalism wasn't there.

If you haven't been to the dentist in awhile and a little nervous about your teeth health, and if you need some pointers on how to care for your teeth (due diet, aging or medication) THEN YOU MAY WANT TO TRY ANOTHER DENTIST!

Dont go . went in for a exam had a missing filling plus was in pain. did xrays told me had abseset needen root canal or xtraction went back in a month for xtraction got home pulled wrong teeth. went back showed the what they did said dr puull the right ones and did not look at the teethe i show them but would be glad to. i said i wouldnt let the touch my dog much less me again
