About Miss California State Youth Pageant
The winners will attend grand openings, ribbon cuttings, area fundraiser, parades and community events. This is an oppourtunity for youth of today to make a difference in our area. My name is Mary Purvis and I have been helping young people in the Sacramento area since 1973. The California State Youth Pageant will be on Saturday, September 13, 2008 at The Clairon Hotel on Fulton Avenue in Sacramento. We welcome newborn to 24 years of age and apply to Mary Purvis at 916-721-3824 today. For you Classic American Women we have added another title just for you Mom's and Grandma that would make a great role model for our youth of today. Pageant Director Damands much and gives nothing in return
These pageants Seldom have enough girls to win a scholarship, but a winner is still expected to attend 25+ events just to hold on to the crown... The director is cranky and says really mean stuff to her winners.

I am the current title holder and love to work for our city the city of Citrus Heights. We do so many fun and educational things as the year goes bye. We are active at all the local events here Ribbon cuttings, parades, memorial services and many more.
