Bug-Out Pest Control

I have used them for 15 yrs ( 4 different houses). Never had to call them back because they did not do their job the first time. They have always been there when they said they would be. They take a personal interest in you - the customer and make every attempt to satisifiy you. They have always done a great job for me.

Terrible is the only word. They do not return phone calls, the guy that came to my house decided it was more important to B.S with me rather than do the actual work. I have seen more insects in my house since they have sprayed. I called and complained and they wanted to charge me an addtional $25 to come back out and re-spray the house. They promised to sweep the outside of the house for cobwebs, the house still is covered with them.
I do not recommend this company to anyone that wants the job done correctly.
