Brown Phil Const & Rentals

Phil and Corliss brown have been my landlord for the past two years. They’re always available to contact and help me whenever I need a few days on rent. So many landlords are so hard to deal with but Corliss Brown is fantastic. Their homes are beautiful and well taken care of.

Phil brown is an terrible person. Been renting from them for a few years and they still don't come out and fix anything or if you need something like filters or the house painted they don't show up. If you go to their headquarters to see them they are never there.

I can not say enough great things about Phil and Corliss Brown and their business. I have been one of their tenants for 4 years and am now in the process of purchasing one of their beautiful homes. They are honest and caring individuals, which makes working with them a no brainer. I highly recommend them to anyone. They have made a profound impact in my families lives!
