Body Dynamics Fitness Center

You can pay a lot less somewhere else for the same caliber of service and equipment. Over the past 10 years this WAS a great gym run by fitness people who were experienced and credentialed in training. Staff that seem to know little about fitness or customer service are running this place now. Instead of trying to sell expensive shirts the owner should think about hiring educated, certified fitness trainers and more professional people.

Nice people, nice equipment, nice vibe.

Zumba. Step. Kickboxing. Pilates. Yoga.......and so many more.
I love Body Dynamics. THey have the greatest selection and quality of Group Exercise classes that I've seen in decades. I haven't had this much fun since I was doing jazzercise in leg warmers.

Great prices. Fun staff. Lovely members. THis place is a joy and delight to be in.
