Why you should never use this place for
Why you should never use this place for rental equipment:
Odds that the equipment is in good working order: Extremely Low...2 times I've rented...once the equipment was barely functional, the second didn't at all. They don't seem to take care of their stuff, or even very knowledgeable about how to work their stuff.
Odds that they will take care of you when it doesn't work: NEVER...they demand you return right away or they will charge you the full rental. When I called to say the item was not working, they demanded I come NOW or I pay the rental fee even though I needed the time to finish my projects, and they were quite rude about it. When I mentioned how this policy is NOT helpful as it forces people who rent in good faith to use up a good part of an afternoon to rent a non-functional tool, all they did was yell at me.
So in the end, the odds are good you will waste your TIME and your money, and be treated rudely in the process.
