Mr Clyde, Just wanted youto know that Mike and the whole team were incredibile. They made sure I knew everything that was happening and keep me well informed. Truly Mike is the one that keeps me coming back and recommending you all to everyone I know. He is a loyal and caring man that just wants to help your customers. I had damage to my car from the recent hail storm ($3200.00) and took it to Blue Collision. Two eeks later I attemped to pick my car up and found one dent that was completely unacceptable, took another week. Second chance, when I was in an accident ($8900.00). I had to sign paperwork to approve the repairs, called the shop minutes before closing and spoke with Phil. I told him I was five minutes away and if there was any way someone could wait for me, I had left work 45 minutes early. He told me that they closed at 5 and would re-open in the morning and would not stay. I should have pulled my car out of there then but I didn't want additional hassels. A month later and after several calls and misinformation from Tom, I left work early to pick up my car. Just rediculous things wrong, dome light hanging, tail light misalligned, spoiler unsecured, drag maks on lower moldings from the accident, allignment out....the list goes on. Another week later I got my car back. I will never go back.

I thought it was necessary that the parts for my vehicle were to the finest Chevrolet standard. So it was natural for me to go to Blue Collision when I was referred by my dealership.

I contacted Blue Collision and I spoke to, Eva who was outstanding in helping me transfer my car from the tow-yard to Blue Collision. Eva listened and gave me several follow up calls, and left a couple voice-mails when I was unavailable. I find that following up with customers at a prompt manner to be of excellent customer service. The last phone call I received from Eva was that since my car is there and my insurance is a GO, that Ken would now be handling my case.

I received my first, and only phone call from Ken later that day who explained to me that my vehicle would take approx. 10-15 business days. Any calls to Ken resulted in "he's busy/helping a customer" BS and an associate would offer to have him call back -the jerk NEVER called back. ALMOST TWO MONTHS LATER I finally have my vehicle.
