I've been here since May of 2013 ( not quite a year) I read all the rules before I signed my lease,knowing that I'm not a smoker, my vehicle doesn't leak oil, and my friends aren't loud or aggressive when they visit. I love the layout of my townhouse. I have a great neighbor to my left, and don't hear my neighbors on the right. I would have preferred to move in a few years ago when the rent was $600. But the cost of maintaining all these units, plus make a profit...what do you expect? Want cheap? Go to a trailer park!!

Landlord is the worst I have ever dealt with. you arent allowed to be you here. The parking is unmarked, if you take up too much room, she threatens you with eviction.
