Big Frank's Discount Appliances

Ordered a maytag washer, dryer, and GE french door fridge. Never received our appliances. We contacted the company several times, have been put on hold, told to call back later, not had calls returned, and sometimes when put on hold the manager leaves for the day before picking back up. The last time I called a salesman told us refunds take 7-10 days and that they would definitely contact us when they hear from "corporate", but as of 1/23/13, 18 days since we requested the refund, they have not gotten back to us. We have reported to the BBB, Federal Trade Commission, Missouri Attorney General, and to our credit card company. TOTAL SCAM!!!

I bought a gas stove from this company and come to find out they used a part from a dryer to fix it, which started a small fire in the back of my stove. I had a repairman look at the stove and that is when I found out about my frankenstein stove. I called the company and they took my number and never called me back, and every time I call them I get a busy signal. I am disgusted, they endangered my family for $150. I have contacted BBB and will contact the local media and inform them of their repair practices.A rating of one star is way too much for this company, they should be banned from working with appliances.

I bought a gas stove from this company and come to find out they used a part from a dryer to fix my gas stove. The appliance started a small fire and fried the electrical components of the stove. I called the company and told them about the issue and they took my number and refused to call me back or answer my calls, now all I get is a busy signal. I have contacted the BBB, and will contact the local media. I am disgusted that this company has endangered my families life for $150. I had a professional look at the stove and he was disgusted with the part they used. He said this is extremely dangerous and the stove should be discarded.
