Barefaced Minerals charged my PayPal account and took my money but all I got was a confirmation letter confirming my order from them. No products were ever sent. I emailed them several times with no response. As far as I can see, my experience tells me this is a scam company.

I used to love the foundations at BareFaced Minerals, but I will never order from this company again based on recent bad experiences. I ordered from BareFaced Minerals and my credit card was charged. Weeks passed and the order never arrived. I contacted Rhonda seven times by phone and email (thinking there must have been a mistake) and was never able to get the order shipped OR refunded. BareFaced Minerals now has an "F" rating with the BBB in Florida. Do NOT make the mistake of ordering from this terrible business!
