After spending over $200 on an evaluation, I was told that the 2 year treatment program would cost nearly $7000. I contacted my insurance to inquire whether or not they would cover some of the expenses. My insurance company had some reviewing to do and after about 11 days I was notified that they would cover 80% of the costs. I contacted Balance Social Services to begin the 2 year treatment and they informed me that I would need to spend another $200-some to get reevaluated even though nothing had changed. I was not notified through mail or by phone that this was going to happen.
