Bachour Dental Corp

My 7 year old daughter had an appointment to be seen at 2:30pm. We arrived at 2:15 and were told the appointment was for 3pm.... okay, that did not seem like a big deal.\t\n\t\nIt is 103F right now outside and I'd guess about 85F+ in their waiting room and inside the dental areas. There were roughly 50 people in their standing-room-only waiting room. If you were lucky enough to get a seat, you cant lean back in them because of their akward design.\t\n\t\nCome 4:30pm we had still not been taken back to the dental area so I complained and 20min later we had been called back for a room.\t\n\t\nMy 7 year old needed a cavity filled and it was her second time to a dentist and only her first time having a cavity filled so my wife and I wanted to go back and were told it was against their policy - I insisted that I would be going back with her so she would not freak out and the assistant took me back. After arriving in the room the assistant told me it was against their policy and once the dentist got there I'd have to go out with my wife. I informed her that I'd be staying and she left. Needless to say, their customer service is lackluster from some of their assistants, others were pleasant to deal with, including the actual Dentist that came in to do the filling.\t\n\t\nAll in all, we were there just over four hours to get 1 filling done.\t\n\t\nTheir front desk people were yelling at one grandmother because she'd taken her grandchild in for a filling and didn't remember the child's ssn.\t\n\t\nHonestly, if you have no other place you can go, these people will do a good job with your dental work but plan to spend an entire day in a very hot waiting room and plan to deal with very rude receptionists and assistants that think they know more about your kids needs than their parents do.\t\n\t\nHorrid overall experience for my daughter.
