Bab Excavating Inc

today I came upon an employee of BAB excavating working on the outside entranceway of my son's childcare center, I asked him where I should enter the building. He replied that I should refer to the signs in the parking lot, I replied I didn't see any signs, so can you send me in the right direction. He became extremely defensive, accusing me of accusing him of not putting up a sign. I replied, 'time out I am not accusing anyone, I just want to know the correct way in to the school", he would not tell me, "go around and figure it out!" So I did. I have never experience such horrible manners in a grown man, I would be horrified to find out that this person was representing my company, pretty sad.
