If you want unprofessional, expensive, and no results service. This is the place. Every appointment that I made with them I had to wait at least 25 mins before I saw anyone. On one occasion I was suppose to meet with the owner and he wasn't even there. I had to wait 30 minutes. The last time I visited my appointment was at 6:00 and I wasn't seen until 6:55. On top of that, when I expressed displeasure at the service I was receiving they got upset. I had to go some place else, but yet I paid them, and they did nothing.

This used to be a good place to have taxes done. Customer service has become very, very poor. You show up for an appointment with the owner and he is not there....repeatedly. When THEY owe you money they are slow to pay. They say they will pay the penalty but drag their feet paying. We have already paid for their mistake and they cannot even repay us the $65.00 that is their part. . Every time you call you get an excuse that the ownwer is not there and no one else can write a check. After 14 years they will not get my business again. Very disappointed to be treated this way.
