Our mission is to exceed customer expectations on every level; quality of product, attention to detail, streamlined production, permit process and customer satisfaction throughout the entire experience.

Non-traditional access allows us to stay connected to our customers in today’s fast-paced world. Life is hectic for business owners and families, sometimes questions just won’t wait for Monday-Friday between the hours of 8-5. AWNING CONCEPTS is the brainchild of two folks; Jean Secrease and Mike Rogers.
Having more than our fair share of creativity, adventurous spirit and confidence we decided to venture into the world of ownership, bringing the skills and determination we earned through our over 30 years experience in the industry.
Is there REALLY a place for another awning company? OH YES! We know there is. We know we can provide our customers with outstanding personal attention because we LISTEN. We won’t try to sell you something you’re not interested in buying just to improve our bottom line. We are all about exceeding customer expectations: What do YOU want? And our efforts have succeeded! In 3 short years our amazingly wonderful and satisfied customers have helped us grow from 1 sewing machine in the basement to our 1st, tiny 400 sqft shop to our new expanded 2,500 sqft facility. Still small enough to focus on EVERY CUSTOMER, yet large enough to meet all your needs.
