I called them to fix my washer ..
they charge me $95 dollar!!! for just look at the machine within 10 minutes!!! the guy didn't even turn on the machine!! I called the customer service, the lady keep said she was not there, she didn't know anthings, if you dont know anything, why you are working in this company, you should get fire!!! !! bad customer services!!!!
get the quote for repair, $450 dollar, I bought this machine few years age only cost me $800... thats a ripoff !!!, the part on the internet only $170 dollar!!! I spent $95 dollar only for this ten minutes flash light check!!!! STAY AWAY from this company !!!!
