I had a 2:00 PM appointment with this Dentist, I arrived at 1:45 I was in the waiting room for 2 hrs, finally I went up to the counter and asked the lady how much longer will I need to wait. Very rudely she replied you will be seen soon, I then replied I'm not to sure about that, The waiting room is full and appears to me the patients have waited longer than I, looks as if the Dentist over booked. After waiting another half hour I had to return back to work, not to mention I never seen the Dentist, and I had to suffered with the pain of a tooth one more day. I had to make an appointment to see another dentist in town, the crazy thing is I received a bill in the mail for $25.00 for braking my appointment even though I was there waiting to see the Dentist. BBB was notified
