American Cleaners

We decided to try American Cleaners because we recieved some coupons in the mail. When we went to pick them up, none of the spots on our clothes had been removed (despite us pointing them all out), my boyfriend's ties looked like they hadn't even been cleaned and were wrinkled like they had been on the floor, and all of his dress shirts had huge wrinkles and clamp marks. Despite the fact that we pointed all this out when picking up the dry cleaning, we were told we must pay for all of it. In reguard to the spots, we were told we should try rubbing spray and wash in the stains and laundering our items at home before brining them in. What kind of cleaners doesn't clean? I will never go there again.
