We finally found another co. and were able to terminate Amerigas after yrs of bad practices. They charge each customer different rates and inch them up if you don't notice. They refuse to put rates on their bill (other companies do), so you have to divide to figure out the price per gallon. Most people who don't know to do this get gypped because they mistakenly assume there is some sort of fair "going rate" that everyone is charged. There'es not: they charge each customer whatever they can get away with. Customers who stay on top of it can pay up to 50-cents/gal less than those who aren't watching carefully. Even when "guaranteed" a certain fixed rate (after much heated negotiation) they still snuck up rates of some of our group. When we would discover and object they'd refund (sometimes $400+!) It's a lot of work, there's no trust, they gouge you when gas prices go up but don't reduce the rates when gas goes down. Stay away and beware. Don't be fooled. This is not an honest company.

This is the woret comapny I have ever done business with. They are a rip off!
