This person installed a faulty/substandard liner in our chimney and did not respond to a request for refund. The next sweep said he has seen poor work but his was dangerous. Fortunately the fireplace no longer worked after the "repair" so it was fixed before it started a fire in the house.There is no regulation of residential chimney sweeps in VT.
