What do you want to know?

Vacaville office. In mid 2007 Alamo Fam. Dr. Pannu (since moved on to another practice) talked me into a gold crown to support future work to teeth in front of back tooth. Aug 2009 had crown in tooth next to gold crown. Informed gold crown leaking. Office declined to compensate for poor work done in 2007, left with option to pay to replace gold crown myself. On to billing. Office collected from Insurance and supplement insurance. Had to play phone tag e-mail tag and be avoided until I called today to say if I did not hear back today I would file a complaint. Called within 3 hours to inform me I would be sent a check for a little over half of what I put up myself, a sum I believe to be too little too late. I believe if this company's business practices were scrutinized by a neutral entity with some powers, they would be in deep trouble. I do not recommend their practice. They do not stand behind their work and their work in this case was substandard. CCPOA patrons beware!

Awlful experiance

Alamo dentist is a poorly run company and with untrained and unprofessional staff. They will pressure you into work not needed. They try and make you sign a ?satisfaction card? without any background to what they did or didn?t do.

On your first appointment, they have a salesman who tries and sell you thousands of dollars in dental work that you don?t need. If you don?t have the money, they will try and talk you into a credit plan and then tell you they can only open it if you spend at least two thousand dollars, when in reality that?s not true. If you have insurance, they will try and slip in more fees then what your plan will pay and you?re then stuck with.

They ask you to sign a ?dental plan? telling that everything must be done immediately.

Their service is extremely poor and they have many complaints against them. They are not honest and their integrity is highly suspect.
