If there were less than 1 star I would rate this place that! Granted, I walked in tonite at 5:58pm. I had no idea until I walked through the door and saw it on the door that they closed at 6pm. I apologized to the 'clerk' for walking in so late, that I had no idea until I saw it on the door. She said "you have 2 minutes...". Well, not wanting to take anymore of her time, knowing exactly what I wanted, I asked if they carried Feria color. She said, "no we don't carry any of those that have the beads for highlights" and as I then asked if they carry anything like it. She ABRUPTLY said NO! I walked out swearing that I will keep my money and further business at Sally Beauty Supply in the French Quarter. They aren't always the best for customer service, but I can find what I want on my own! And will tomorrow!
