Do not use A Active! They charge way too much for what they do. We spent so much and we still haD trouble with ants. We canceled our contract when the year was up, went with another company and within a week, yes a week, all our ants were gone and have not returned. They love to act like they are the best--but believe me--they are AWFUL and full of fluff!!!! They are far more into marketing their company than actually doing a good job. After we left A Active, I spoke to 3 of my friends about it and they also had had a terrible experience with them. Manager of the office--I think is named Billie--TOTALLY INCOMPETANT!!!!!!
