Do not use this company!!! In years past they have been ok however for 2009 we prepaid over $1000 for the weekly maintainence for the 2009 season and since opening our pool the last week of May they have only come 4 weeks. After repeated phone calls...and a different story each time i still have not got the service which was paid in full for of the refund i was promised!!! BTW when they call to schedule you for the upcomming season (usually March) Larry is at the house that very night to pick up his payment in full for the season but when it comes time for my refund...nothing but stories!!!!!
