Bonfes Plumbing Heating & Air Service

My wife and I came home late New Year's Eve to find our house was freezing. My wife told me to call someone for help and went to bed. Meanwhile, I called four places that were of no help until the fifth one answered the phone and told me a manager would call back shortly. I figured they wouldn't call back being it was 2:00am so I kept on looking. As I started to dial the next number, a guy named Charlie calls me back and says he's with Bonfe's. Charlie went through a few small steps with me over the phone and in minutes, my furnace was running. The next thing out of his mouth was that if I had a service/maintenance plan with him we could have averted the problem. I really didn't want anything, but felt obligated to do something since he helped me out for free so I asked him to call me Friday to set something up. I never thought he'd call back, but he did. The next day (Saturday) Bonfe's sent Tom over to clean my furnace and set me up on their plan. The whole experience was great!
