"It sounds like you have been scammed - most likely there is no way to get the money back. Many scammers will use an abandoned house or a house where people are on vacation to use for a address. We deal with this quite a bit the smart thing to do with e-bay is to make certain to use paypal or something like that for payment that way you can argue the charge if you don't recieve the product. You should be able to contact ebay and the local police- fbi too as online crimes are considered federal crimes.
