Todd is a firefighter in Contra Costa County, he has been making his signature sauce for his fellow firefighters for over 8 years. Last year Todd decided to share his two sauce "Whiskey Tango" a mild sauce with a unique blend of spices and "Smoke Showin' " a medium hot with a hickory smoke flavor.
