Thank you for taking the time to read about Sheds Happen LLC.  We are a family run company in Tucson, Arizona specializing in building quality residential storage sheds.  Our sheds are built similar to a house with wall constructed with 2x4 studs on 24" centers and 7/16" grooved hard board siding that is primed and ready for paint.  Our floors are constructed with 3/4" exterior grade plywood nailed to an either 2x4 or 2x6 (depending on size of shed) frame on 12" centers.  The framework is then placed ontop of 4x4 pressure treated skids that are rot and termite resistant.  These skids also lift the shed up off the ground by 3 1/2" alllowing for air circulation.  The roof is constructed utilizing a 2x6 ridge beam with 2x4 rafters.  3/4" roof sheathing is then applied followed by 15 lb. felt and shingles rated for 20 years.  We use a galvanized drip edge around the entire perimeter of the roof.  The door is 43" wide and 6' tall.  It is framed with 2x4 lumber and then covered with the same siding as the walls.  The door is hung with (3) heavy duty zinc hinges.  Our standard shed has an interior head room clearance of 6'4" at the side walls and 7'4" at the center.We have many options available including increasing the wall height to 8', adding a 12" overhang around all four side of the shed.  We also can install windows, and skylights.Additionally, we can paint the shed for you.  We use a good quality exterior paint and apply 2 coats.  We can match the paint to your house if you provide us with the color code or sample.I often check our competitors prices to ensure we have the best price in town!  You will not find a better built shed at a cheaper price.For additional information, prices and pictures please see my webpage at www.shedshappen.net.
