The SERVPRO of Chico/Lake Almanor staff that handle the work behind the scenes of our Production Staff always look forward to meeting our happy customers anytime. We had a very lovely visit from Claudette, a homeowner that we were honored to do work for in Butte County, who was thrilled with the work all of our staff were able to provide her with. 

We loved working with Claudette and her family and, although we hope she never needs to use our services again, we are honored that she will choose us first!
