3 Bean and Barley Chili

INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 cups low sodium chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 package Wildtree Hearty Turkey&Barley Stew
  • 6 tablespoons Wildtree Leslie’s Chili Mix
  • 1(15.5 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1(15.5 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1(15.5 ounce) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Black pepper to taste
PREPARATION:

In a large pot over medium-high heat, combine broth, tomatoes, Turkey & Barley Stew Mix, and Chili Mix. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Add all the beans and cook about 20 minutes. Take the chili off heat and add the salt, vinegar, sugar and pepper.
