*****I AM TOO THROUGH WITH THIS COMPANY!!!*****I ordered tapes for my husband about 3 months ago and some how they got lost and never made it to him. I then placed another order and once he received the tapes all the music was distorted and you couldn't hear the songs. I sent this company copies of my man's personal tracks so they can put them on a cassette and all the songs werent on there and you couldn't hear it. He also didn't receive the "free tape" (and I was charged for it) that was suppose to come with the order. Since then I have returned all tapes and they were to make them over. I got a call from them saying my tapes were being shipped and someone will call with the tracking number. Never did that happen and we still haven't received them. I placed call after call to this company and no one has gotten back to me. This company is a fraud, their customer service is horrible and they don't care about their customers and they overall SUCK!
