After a senior has died, downsized or entered a nursing home; and after the family removes memorabilia and inherited items, there is usually a mountain of estate property leftovers or estate sale leftovers. We provide FREE estate property disposal of leftovers, and all necessary staff and supplies needed to solve your problem and eliminate frustration.

We are experienced and professional women, who happen to be senior citizens, operating Junque Ladies Free Estate Property Disposal and Estate Sales since 1998. Your free estate property leftovers and free estate sale leftovers are salvaged for recycle and sale to benefit Disability Empowerment Outreach Ministry, Inc. We donate 75% of your items to provide tangible resources for people with disabilities and seniors in need; and we sell 25% to help pay our expenses.

Here is a List of Free Estate Property Leftovers that We Will Pickup:  Clothes, Hats, Purses, Dresses, Coats, Bedding, Linens, Curtains, Small appliances, Dishes, Glassware, Home Décor, Books, Electronics, Toys, Costume Jewelry and Watches, Dated Furniture, Records, Sports Equipment, Shoes, Office Supplies, Old Cars, Pickup Trucks and Boats

We Do Not Accept:  Broken, Stained, Non-Working Items, Construction Debris, Used Carpets, Paints, Fuels and Solvents

After the family removes memorabilia and inherited items, we can liquidate all of the remaining household goods and personal belongings with some value by putting on an estate sale. We charge 25% plus expenses. Payment due from liquidation proceeds.

Estate Sale Service Include:

  • We take inventory of all items contained in the sale, present that list to the owners at the end of the sale, showing the selling price of each item
  • We handle all advertising and it is deducted at the end of the sale
  • We price, stage and promote your sale through all forms of advertising
  • We provide security when deemed necessary
  • We dispose of all unsold items and estate sale leftovers through DEOM, Inc.
  • We "broom clean" the home, which consist of vacuuming, sweeping, cleaning out cupboards and closets, wiping down counters, all necessary staff and supplies
