You control how much time you spend on FHTM. And the key to success is recruitment. If you are lucky, lucky beyond belief, you would get 3 reps who would all work on their own to get their 3 reps and so on without any involvement from you and your residual income would grow and grow. This term refers to the relationship of an IR relative to a particular upline IR, determined by the number of IRs between them who are related by sponsorship.
