Coppermoon Embroidery, how it began..
When I first began with my business in 2007 I wasn't sure what to expect. The economy was in the beginning stages of spiraling downward into the dark hole. I decided to advertise in the yellow pages. What a big mistake! The cost was immense and I didn't recieve a single call. I asked myself, what do I do now?
I purchased a case of white linen napkins and began embroidering local business logo's on each one and sent them to the business owner along with my price list. The first thing they noticed was their name in embroidery and then they noticed how reasonable my prices are. I quickly picked up a few clients and we began to work on advertising their company on hats and shirts. I have even monogrammed Christmas Stockings! To everyone's amazement, the business owners were getting requests from their customers for their company's hats and shirts! Soon, they were selling the apparel with their company's logo embroidered on each item. Not only was their business being advertised, but people were paying to advertise for them!
I thought, was this a new way to advertise? The answer is no. In fact embroidery has been around for a long time but there's a misconception that it's too expensive. In reality, it's not expensive and the return is threefold. It's very cool to see people wearing your shirt or hat with your company name or logo in beautiful embroidery. Give me a call or email me and lets get started on advertising your company with embroidery! .........Diane
