This guarantee extends to all original purchasers (“you”) of Amini's Galleria game room series and showpiece series pool tables that qualify for its requisite manufacturer warranty.  This guarantee is not intended to amend, adjust, replace, modify or void any manufacturer warranty.  This guarantee is in addition to any qualified manufacturer warranty, and represents the additional services Amini’s Galleria offers when an investment is made in a billiard table at Amini's Galleria.

 

Lifetime labor services on all manufacturer warranty services – at No Charge.  Although most manufacturer warranties include the qualified lifetime replacement of all parts and materials, after one year, the purchaser is generally responsible for all labor and shipping related to the claim.  Amini’s Galleria offers all labor services related to any qualified manufacturer warranty claim at no charge – meaning no OUT OF POCKET costs to you.

 

In-House Guarantee Processing Services (IGPS) – at No Charge.  Although most manufacturers require that you contact them directly for any claims, Amini's Galleria feels that, as your permanent local family dealer, we should work for you.  Amini's Galleria offers IGPS for all qualified claims, and we gladly accept you calling us directly so that we may handle your claim personally and locally, rather than you contact the manufacturer generally located outside of your marketplace. 

 

One year, In-home, one time adjustment to your new brand name pool table – at No Charge.

If for any reason during your first year after delivery you find any concerns in regards to the level or placement of your pool table, Amini's Galleria will conveniently schedule one time to make any adjustments.  This is in addition to the initial proper placement and leveling of your billiard table.  This is simply your protection for any unforeseen shifting or settling events.  This does not include other services such as recovery or moves.

 

Five year, 20% discount on all services related to your billiard table.  For any Amini's Galleria billiard table that qualifies under this ‘additional services’ plan, receive an additional 20% off current Amini's Galleria service rates on services such as recover, disassemble, assemble, etc.  

 

Lifetime guarantee upgrade on your billiard cushions – at No Charge.  Manufacturers rarely offer the purchaser any protection for their billiard cushions.  With the exception of any misuse, abuse, or natural calamity, we offer at No Charge a lifetime materials replacement guarantee for any material defects or deadening of the original purchaser’s billiard cushions. 

 

This ‘additional services’ plan only applies to products that qualify for its requisite manufacturer warranty.  Please read your manufacturer warranty and comply so that we may make your billiard experience an enjoyable one.  Amini's Galleria appreciates your consideration and investment.
