Too many times we forget that we have hundreds of "sales agents" right on our door steps- current customers. If we cultivate them, give them the best customer service possible and top it off with a referral gift card or rent credit, they will bring us far more than one new customer a month! "I do give good customer service," you are probably saying. No, I mean GREAT customer service. This entails doing special things for your existing customers and even those that have moved out. For example, having a customer Apprecaition Day every Tuesday in a perticular month when you provide your past&present; customers with bagels&coffee, fresh cookies&tea, hotdogs & chips; and then finish it off on the last Tuesday of the month, with a real special day of food & prize drawings (that you have collected through the year from local buisnesses).
