When you Post on line at sites such as Facebook and Myspace that is not only for your frends to see but the entire world. Do not assume that just beause only your friends can see your information that only your friends are looking at it. In a recent survery of attorneys in England found that 20% of divorces filed in 2008 were the direct result of something posted on Facebook. In my practice i would say it is higher than that. The first piece of advice i give a client involved with a Divorce/custody case it to either deleate or sanatize the Facebook post.
