Bikes On Howard

I started biking 4 years ago. I've acquired bikes, racks, clothing and accessories from Bikes On Howard. Everything I purchased was good quality, reasonably priced and appropriate for my needs. The service, from education to tune-ups to repairs has all been excellent. And I never felt pressured into buying anything.

Bikes On Howard is a great place to do business.

I wasn't greeted as I entered the store. I had to track someone down to help me. I asked about a bike that they apparently had never heard of and they said they could look it up but proceeded not to. No thank you. I will take my business to Duluth, MN. I was prepared to spend 500 dollars.
