Big O Tires

When I brought my car in for oil service, I mentioned that I was worried that I had a leak on my front right tire and that I wanted it to be checked. I was told this was part of their standard service. 5 days later I'm stranded with a flat tire. They mentioned nothing of a leak or even having to fill the tire with air. Very dissapointing. I would not trust the service.
