I called earlier this year trying to pay off a debt. They immediately answer the phone on attack mode like I was calling to curse them out. The� Professional Collection Service� needs to either change their name to try to stand by its title because they are extremely unprofessional and unreasonable to speak to. I had to repeatedly ask the lady Linda who answer the phone to not speak to me in a nasty tone nor degrade me or my situation and it is still unclear to me why I was hung up on and told I was harassing them. Like most people I work and have to offer �professional� customer service and I am a representative of the company I am employed for so there would be no way I would be employed if I displayed such unethical behavior as they do . I have called a few times and even spoke with Shawna I believe the office manager and I cannot stress enough how everyone I spoke to needs to learn a thing or two about professionalism or other companies seeking their services will not see a penny. ...read more

I have never encountered a business with such unprofessional, rude people. I hav never had to work so hard to pay a bill in my life. I would recommend any business that needs a collection agency to not use this company. They talked over me, made fun of my situation, and hung up on me multiple time as I tried to resolve my debt. They then accused ME of harassing THEM because I was trying to pay my debt! Not only that-Ms. Davis offered a settlement and then refused to honor it a few minutes later. I called them and spoke to Shawna about my bill she was rude short and nasty. She then put me on hold for about ten minutes.. and because I have a medical condition I asked my hubby to take the phone then RJ immediately took his call with yelling and cursing at him all while he tried to speak to her in a calm manner so he had to hang up on them to shut her up. I cant wait to pay my bill in full so I can drive it over to Miss Shawna and Miss RJ to see these women face to face. ...read more
